The policy in the field of processing and protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) was developed by the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization Scientific and Practical Group Longevity Technologies (hereinafter referred to as ANO) in accordance with the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the Law) and other regulatory legal acts in the field of personal data. The Policy is used in conjunction with the Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent), posted on the official website of ANO on the Internet at the address: longetech.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

1. General provisions
   • The Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about Users using the Site longetech.ru
   • The use of the Site by the User means unconditional acceptance of this Policy and the conditions for processing personal data specified therein. If the User disagrees with the Policy, the use of the Site must be immediately terminated.
   • The purpose of the Policy is to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of a person and citizen in the processing of his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets, and strict and strict compliance with the requirements of Russian legislation in the field of personal data.
   • The Policy applies to all personal data of individuals processed by the ANO both with the use of automation tools and without the use of such tools, as well as processes related to the processing of personal data. Such processes, including, but not limited to, may include collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), electronic copying, extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
   • ANO publishes the Policy on the Website at: longetech.ru, and also provides unlimited access to it to any person who personally applied to ANO.
   • ANO has the right to make changes to the Policy as necessary. Mandatory revision of the Policy is carried out in case of significant changes in international or national legislation in the field of personal data.
   • ANO does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by an individual and his legal capacity. An individual guarantees that all data is reliable, up-to-date and does not violate the legislation of the Russian Federation.
   • The content and scope of the processed personal data must
     correspond to the stated purposes of processing.
2. Basic concepts used in the Policy
   • User – any visitor of the longetech.ru website or any other individual who applied to the ANO for receiving charitable assistance, as well as a minor whose legal representative is such a person (hereinafter referred to as the Beneficiary), or a person who is in other civil law relations with ANO on issues related to the provision of charitable assistance, an individual engaged in voluntary (volunteer) activities, counterparties of the ANO, as well as members of the sole and collegiate management bodies of the ANO, members of the supervisory body of the ANO;
   • Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or determined User of the longetech.ru website, with the exception of information the distribution of which is permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
   • Website – a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as software (intellectual property of the company) and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address longetech.ru
   • Cookie – a piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User’s device, which is necessary every time when trying to open the pages of the site to send information to the web server as part of an HTTP request;
   • Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
   • Third parties – persons who do not have access to confidential information in accordance with the established procedure.
3. ANO may process the following personal data
   • ANO may process the following personal data of the User and (or) the Beneficiary: last name, first name, patronymic; Date and place of birth; citizenship; profession; marital status; family composition, degree of relationship, next of kin, full name relatives, year of their birth; details of an identity document, incl. birth certificate of the Beneficiary; other documents issued by authorized state bodies and civil registry offices (on death, marriage or divorce, adoption, guardianship, etc.); address of the place of residence (registration and actual residence, place of stay) information on the number and series of the insurance certificate of state pension insurance (SNILS); E-mail address; contact phone number; information about the taxpayer identification number (TIN), as well as additional information provided by the User at his own request, as well as other personal data indicated in the registration forms, transferred to the ANO when concluding and executing a donation agreement.
   • The site also collects and processes anonymous data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrika, Google Analytics and others).
   • Cookies, as well as other technologies such as web beacons, may be used by the ANO to provide the User with personalized Services, for statistical and research purposes, and to improve the activities of the ANO.
   • The user understands that the equipment and software used by him to visit sites on the Internet may have the function of prohibiting operations with cookies, as well as deleting previously received cookies. Please note that some features of the Site may not be available after you disable cookies.
   • The above data further in the text of the Policy are united by the general concept of Personal data.
4. Types and purposes of personal data processing
   • The types of processing of the User’s personal data are any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with the personal data of these persons, using automation tools or without using such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating , change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data).
   • The purpose of processing personal data in relation to the User is to interact with the ANO on the conclusion and execution of a donation agreement, including sending notifications to the User about confirmation of receipt of donations; on the issue of making a decision by the ANO on the provision of charitable assistance and the execution of the relevant agreement; providing reports to persons who donated funds; sending informational and advertising messages to the User, including e-mails to the e-mail address and/or mobile phone number specified in the registration forms, containing information about the ANO’s implementation of its statutory activities; ensuring compliance with applicable laws; informing the public about the activities of the ANO, as well as using other features of the ANO website; posting information about the Beneficiary (including using an image) in the media and the Internet, including: on the official website of the ANO, in social networks, personal blogs and other information resources. Implementation of the rights and legitimate interests of the ANO; implementation of the activities provided for by the Charter of the ANO; reporting to ANOs in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on the activities of non-profit organizations.
   • The user can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending an email to the ANO at info@longetech.ru with the note “Refuse of notifications”, or by sending a corresponding notification to the ANO in any other way, allowing to establish the actual receipt of such a refusal by the ANO.
   • Anonymized data of Users collected using Internet statistics services are used to collect information about the actions of Users on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.
5. Legal grounds for the processing of personal data
   • The policy was developed on the basis of the requirements of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.
   • ANO processes the User’s personal data only if they are filled in by the User independently through special forms located on the longetech.ru website and / or sent in another form (for example, on paper). By filling out the relevant forms and/or sending in another form (for example, on paper) their personal data to the ANO, the User agrees with this Policy.
   • The ANO processes anonymized data about the User if it is allowed in the User’s browser settings (saving cookies and using JavaScript technology is enabled).
6. The procedure for processing personal data
   • The security of personal data processed by the ANO is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
   • ANO ensures the safety of personal data and, when processing them, takes or ensures that all possible legal, organizational and technical measures are taken to prevent unauthorized or accidental access of unauthorized persons to personal data, as well as destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as also from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.
   • ANO issues a Policy regarding the processing of personal data, local acts on the processing of personal data.
   • ANO appoints a person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data.
   • ANO provides unrestricted access to this Policy.
   • To ensure the protection of personal information from loss, distortion and unauthorized distribution, ANO uses generally accepted security methods.
   • Security on the ANO website is implemented by network protection software. However, in order to avoid possible damage to the User of the site, ANO strongly recommends that the User, in turn, use reliable anti-virus software.
   • The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable law.
   • In case of detection of inaccuracies in personal data, as well as if they are outdated or unreliable, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the e-mail address info@longetech.ru marked “Updating personal data”.
   • The term for processing personal data is unlimited. The user may at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the ANO by e-mail to the email address of the ANO info@longetech.ru marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.
   • If the User revokes consent to the processing of personal data, ANO has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ ” About personal data”.
7. User rights
   • The user has the right to receive information about the processing of personal data, including information on:
     • confirmation of the fact of personal data processing;
     • legal grounds for the processing of personal data;
     • the purposes and methods used by the ANO for processing personal data;
     • processed personal data relating to the relevant User, the source of their receipt, unless a different procedure for the provision of such data is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
     • terms of processing personal data, including the terms of their storage;
     • the procedure for exercising the rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
     • information about the performed or proposed cross-border data transfer;
     • information about persons to whom personal data may be disclosed on the basis of an agreement with ANO or in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
     • the name or surname, first name, patronymic and address of the person who processes personal data on behalf of the ANO, if the processing is or will be entrusted to such a person;
     • other information provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
   • The user has the right to receive the information specified in clause 7.1. of the Policy by sending an appropriate request to the ANO in the manner prescribed by section 11 of the Policy.
8. Responsibilities of ANO
   • In accordance with the requirements of the Law, ANO is obliged to:
     • provide, at the request of the User, information on the processing of his personal data specified in clause 7.1. Policies, or justified refusal;
     • take measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of the obligations stipulated by the Law;
     • at the request of the User, clarify the processed personal data, block or delete if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing;
     • ensure the lawfulness of the processing of personal data. If it is impossible to ensure the legality of the processing of personal data, the ANO, within a period not exceeding 10 (ten) business days from the date of detection of illegal processing of personal data, is obliged to destroy or ensure their destruction;
     • in the event that the User withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, stop processing and destroy them within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) business days from the date of receipt of the said withdrawal in the manner prescribed by section 11 of the Policy. Exceptions are cases where processing can be continued in accordance with the law.
9. Foreign Users
   • Prior to the start of the cross-border transfer of personal data, the ANO is obliged to make sure that the foreign state, to whose territory the transfer of personal data is carried out, provides adequate protection of the rights of the User.
   • Cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states that do not provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects may be carried out in the following cases:
     • the presence of consent in writing of the User to the cross-border transfer of his personal data;
     • protection of life, health, other vital interests of the User or other persons if it is impossible to obtain consent in writing from the User.
10. Restriction of the Policy
    • The Policy applies exclusively to the Site and does not apply to other Internet resources.
    • ANO is not responsible for the actions of third parties who have gained access to the User’s personal data through the fault of the latter.
11. User’s requests
    • The user has the right to send his requests to the ANO, including requests regarding the use of their personal data:
      • in writing to the address: 194354, St. Petersburg, Engels Ave., 126, bldg./st. 1/a, apt./off. 41n
      • in the form of an electronic document to the email address: info@longetech.ru
    • When submitting a request in writing or in the form of an electronic document, the request must contain the following information:
    • number of the main identity document of the User;
    • information about the date of issue of the specified document and the authority that issued it;
    • information confirming the participation of the User in relations with the ANO;
    • User’s signature.
    • ANO undertakes to consider and send a response to the request received within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the request.
    • All correspondence received by the ANO from the User (applications in written or electronic form) refers to information of limited access and is not disclosed without his written consent.
