Autonomous non-profit organization “Scientific and practical group” Longevity Technologies ” , represented by the Executive Director Khait Yuri Borisovich, acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter referred to as “ANO” , hereby offers individuals and legal entities or their representatives, hereinafter referred to as the “Donor” , collectively referred to as the “Parties”, conclude a Voluntary Donation Agreement on the following terms:

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This offer is a public offer in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.2. The acceptance of this Offer is the transfer of funds by the Donor to the settlement account of the ANO as a voluntary donation to fulfill the statutory goals and objectives of the ANO. Acceptance of this proposal by the Donor means that the latter has read and agrees with all the terms of this Voluntary Donation Agreement with ANO.

1.3. The offer comes into force from the day following the day of its publication on the official website of ANO – longetech.ru , hereinafter referred to as the “Site”.

1.4. The text of this Offer may be changed by ANO without prior notice and are valid from the day following the day of its posting on the Site.

1.5. The Offer is open-ended and is valid until the day following the day of posting on the Site notice of cancellation of the Offer. ANO has the right to cancel the Offer at any time without giving reasons.

1.6. The invalidity of one or more terms of the Offer does not entail the invalidity of all other terms of the Offer.

1.7. By accepting the terms of this Offer, the Donor confirms the voluntary and gratuitous nature of the donation.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

2.1. Under this Offer, the Donor, as a voluntary donation, transfers his own funds to the settlement account of the ANO, and the ANO accepts the donation and uses it to achieve the statutory goals and objectives of the ANO.

2.2. The performance by the Donor of actions under this Offer is a donation in accordance with Article 582 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

3. ACTIVITIES OF ANO

3.1. The purpose of ANO activity is to provide services in the field of organizing and/or conducting scientific research, development and implementation of technologies related to prolonging the life of biological organisms, the emergence and development of age-related pathologies, and the study of aging processes.

3.2. ANO hereby confirms that it is a non-profit organization. ANO is not entitled to use the funds received from the Contributor for other purposes.

3.3. ANO publishes information about its work, goals and objectives, activities and results on the longetech.ru website , other Internet sites, social networks and other open sources.

4. CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

4.1. An individual or legal entity can accept the Offer and thereby conclude the Agreement with ANO.

4.2. The date of acceptance of the Offer is the making of a donation, and, accordingly, the date of conclusion of the Agreement is the date the funds are credited to the ANO’s bank account. The place of conclusion of the Agreement is the city of St. Petersburg of the Russian Federation. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Agreement is considered concluded in writing.

4.3. The terms of the Agreement are determined by the Offer as amended (subject to amendments and additions) valid (in force) on the day the payment order is issued or the day it deposits cash into the cash desk of ANO.

5. DONATIONS

5.1. The Donor independently determines the amount of the voluntary donation and transfers it to the ANO by any payment method indicated on the longetech.ru website and by other methods on the terms of this Agreement.

When paying for an order with a bank card, the payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page of the processing system, which has passed international certification. This means that the Donor’s confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) are not sent to the online store, their processing is completely protected and no one, including the online store, can receive the client’s personal and banking data.

5.2. Refunds are only possible on the card with which the payment was made.

5.3. A donor can issue an order on the longetech.ru website for a regular (monthly) debiting of a donation from a bank card.

5.3.1. The donor, in the appropriate form on the longetech.ru website, can choose the amount of the regular write-off from the options offered.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. ANO undertakes to use the funds received from the Donor under this Agreement strictly in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and within the framework of its statutory activities.

6.2. The Donor gives permission for the processing and storage of personal data used by the ANO solely for the execution of the specified Agreement.

6.3. ANO undertakes not to disclose to third parties the personal and contact information of the Contributor without his written consent, except for the cases specified in clause 6.2 and the requirements of this information by state bodies that have the authority to require such information.

6.4. At the request of the Donor (in the form of an electronic or regular letter), the ANO is obliged to provide the Donor with information about the donations made by the Donor.

6.7. ANO does not bear any other obligations to the Contributor, except for the obligations specified in this Agreement.

6.8. In order to fulfill the Agreement, ANO may process the following personal data of the Donor: last name, first name, patronymic; Date and place of birth; data of the passport or other identification document of the Donor (series, number, date of issue and the authority that issued the passport or other identification document, other information contained in the passport or other identification document); phone number; taxpayer identification number; E-mail address; bank account details; data of bank payment cards used to make donations in favor of ANO; other personal data, the processing of which is necessary for the execution of this Agreement.

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Part 1 of Article 6 of the Federal Law of June 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, the processing of the Donor’s personal data by the ANO for the purpose of fulfilling the contract does not require obtaining a separate consent of the Donor.

ANO has the right to post on the longetech.ru website , on ANO pages in social networks, the media, other printed or informational materials, information about the Contributor received in connection with the execution of this Agreement – the name, location, amount of the donation.

7. OTHER TERMS

7.1. In the event of disputes and disagreements between the Parties under this Agreement, they will, if possible, be resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute through negotiations, disputes and disagreements may be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the courts of St. Petersburg.
